DTCP2 - Licensing Agreements and Related Documents

DTLA offers licenses on a nondiscriminatory basis to manufacture products with DTCP2 and to encode DTCP2 in protected content.

Companies that wish to incorporate DTCP2 in their products should sign a DTCP2 Adopter Agreement.

Content owners can encode content to be protected with DTCP without signing any agreement pursuant to DTLA's DTCP2 IP Statement (coming soon), or can consider signing a DTCP2 Addendum to the Content Participant Agreement.
